Salima Holdings is an Australian company that owns businesses which, although they sell unrelated products, generally share the common characteristic of being importers and distributors of word-class technical products under exclusive agreement.
Terry Van Heerden
Terry is the chairman and managing director of Salima Holdings, and a director of all of the company’s subsidiaries. He studied both science and business at university, and has spent his entire career working in, managing, and acquiring businesses similar to those in the group.
Matthew Goddard
Matt is a director of both Salima Holdings and of Vendart. He is a qualified accountant, and oversees the financial affairs of the group. He also works closely with Terry to find and complete new acquisitions for the group.
Jason Leach
Jason is the managing director of AST and a director of AST Macau, whose operations he oversees. He is a qualified electrical and mechanical engineer, and has spent most of his career working in, and managing, businesses that import and distribute products of a technical nature. He is also considered by most of his colleagues in the electronic key management industry to be one of its leading lights.
Stephen Li
Stephen is the general manager of AST Macau. He has been involved with the company’s main product, KeyWatcher electronic key management systems, in China for 14 years.
Shane Sampson
Shane is the general manager of Galco. He has spent most of his career working in, and managing, businesses of a technical nature in New Zealand, and is admired by his colleagues for his energy and talent at finding interesting new products for his customers.
